We are currently recruiting for a personal assistant to work in a family office located in Belgravia for a VIP multi property family . You will work alongside two other PAs reporting to the Senior PA./Family Manager
The role is primarily offering support to the senior PA/Family Manager. You may travel at times although this will not be too often.
Ideally you will speak fluent English and your written English will be flawless
You will have a proactive and a flexible attitude with a positive and friendly disposition.
Some of the duties and responsibilities will include:
Meet and greet visitors
Drawing up itineraries
Contacting contractors and suppliers
Booking restaurants etc
Ideally you will have 3 to 5 years solid PA experience either with a corporate or a private background and you will be IT savvy with advanced Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills.
This role is to start as soon as the right candidate is found.
