Private Chefs: London’s Greatest Sushi

Irving Scott’s founders eat what they preach, that’s why for Co-founder Adam Winogrodzki’s birthday he hired Yas Ouchi, Private Japanese Chef extraordinaire to go round to his West London home and cook for a group of 12 very hungry twenty-somethings.

Yas works for the world-renowned Nobu in Mayfair but can also be hired through Irving Scott for private events. His menus can be adapted for the occasion but we have to say we think Sushi is the way to go.
